How one woman’s love of the British countryside (and cocktails!) became a mission to change how we drink
In the hedgerows and across the meadows of Sussex, where elderflower blooms and the air hums with life, inspiration struck. It was there, surrounded by the scents and sounds of the British countryside, that the idea for Conscious Cocktail Company began to take root.
Founded by a lifelong environmentalist, passionate forager, and female entrepreneur, Conscious Cocktail Company set out to answer a simple but radical question:
Why shouldn’t our cocktails care for the planet as much as we do?

This uplifting cocktail blends smooth English white rum with a fresh, cooling infusion of British mint.

No artificial flavours. No synthetic additives. Just pure, natural ingredients, sustainably and ethically sourced, with a focus on UK grown produce, and a sincere respect for the land.
In an industry often dominated by overly processed, mass-produced drinks, we offer something refreshingly different, cocktails with provenance, made for those who want to know what they’re consuming and where it comes from.
Every decision has been made with the central ethos of sustainability and ethical practices in mind - from the choice of business bank to certified B-corporation and Soil Association suppliers of the botanicals. Our small-family run and artisan distilleries and vineyard in Sussex and Hampshire reduce our carbon footprint and supports local businesses. Our natural fruit juices are sourced from suppliers in the UK with LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) and Certified Organic (Organic Food Federation) Awards.
Our cans are fully recyclable but why not upcycle them as they look beautiful with dried or fresh flowers.
